Pochettino close to agreeing deal to become new USA boss
Mauricio Pochettino is close to agreeing a deal for his next job and it looks as though he's going into International Management with talks at an advanced stage with the USA.
Pochettino has been primary target for the USA to lead them into their home World Cup in 2026 and a deal is close but there's still work to do on the final details.

He left Chelsea in the summer after just one season in charge and had numerous offers in the Premier League and Europe plus links to the England national team job as well but after lengthy discussions the USA role appears too good to turn down.
