The court has ordered that Martin, also known as Very Dark Man, must refrain from making derogatory comments against Jeremiah Fain until the hearing of the motion for an injunction. Mr. Motu Fi has also requested that Very Dark Man retract his previous statements and issue an apology in at least three national newspapers. The plaintiff is seeking 1 billion naira in damages. The court has adjourned the matter until September 6th for further hearing while affirming that the status quo orders remain in place.
