 A court of appeal in the United Kingdom has dismissed the appeal of process and Industrial Development PID on previous judgment haunting the enforcement of his 111 billion award against Nigeria in unanimous decision the Lord judge Justice Snowden permitted P ID to appeal the Judgment but the lord judge dismiss the appeal in a copy of the Judgment  published on the UK Judiciary website.

 One of the issues raised in the PID appeal bordered on whether the lower court was wrong to order the 43 million pounds legal cost to be paid in British pound sterling and not in naira, the company argued that Nigeria funded his Legal Services by exchanging naira from his Consolidated Revenue fund.

And other issue is that whether the judge was right to order PID to pay Nigeria's cost in Pounds Sterling or the lead judge accepted the argument of Nigeria that since the legal cost was paid in Stelling just as the order cost be paid in thesame currency
