The Borno State Governor, Professor Babagana Zulum, Has Cautioned Borno Youths Against Joining And Participating In The Nationwide Planned Protests Expected To Hold Next Month
Borno state state had in the past decade experienced violent conduct due to an Insurgency, that destroyed communities properties and disrupted peace in the state.
Recently the social media has been awashed with plans of a national protest against the economic hardship in country for the borno state government.
The protest may lead to violence and cause unrest in the state Governor zulum at the stakeholders engagement pleaded with them to engage in constructive dialogue and peaceful engagement noting that such protest may lead to loss of lives and properties .
Critical stakeholders such as the NLC, traditional rulers religious bodies civil societies among others in their remarks pledged to desist from the protest.
From the resolutions of Forum stakeholders agreed not to participate in the Nationwide plan protest in Borno State .
