Fulham has reached a preliminary agreement with Arsenal valued at £34 million for the acquisition of Emile Smith Rowe.

Fulham have an agreement in principle now with Arsenal for the signing of Emile Smith Rowe it would be a club record for Fulham they would pay an initial 27 million pounds plus add-ons that could eventually take the total for Smith Rowe to  34 million pounds.

Final details are now being sorted between the clubs and personal terms have also been agreed in principal Smith Rowe is expected to have a medical this week.

The Fulham Squad are flying out to Portugal for a preseason training camp tomorrow and it's hoped that Smith Rowe will join up with them at some point during the camp so this move getting close now Fulham with an agreement in principle with Arsenal  for the signing of Emile Smith Rowe.
