Court Restrains INEC From Recognizing Njoku As APGA Chairman
The leadership of all progressives Grand Alliance have secured an interim injunction from the court restraining the independent National electoral commission from recognizing or dealing Edozie Njoku as the party's National chairman.
The injuction which was granted by Justice J.K Omotosho of the federal High Court FCT division, is sequel to a suit filed by the incumbent National chairman of the APGA Sly Ezeokenwa , to challenge INEC alleged false representation of Mr Njoku and his group as national executive of APGA.
Addressing journalists at the APGA National Secretariat in Abuja Sly Ezeokenwa said acted an error by posting on Njoko's name its website as National chairman of the party.
