Chelsea confirmed on Saturday that the Premier League club from west London has signed teenage forward Estevao Willian from Palmeiras.

 In a statement on their official website, the Blues announced that Willian would officially join the club next summer.

 "Chelsea Football Club has agreed to sign teenage forward Estevao Willian from Palmeiras, with the Brazilian officially joining Chelsea next summer," the statement read.

 Willian has already established a strong reputation in South America as one of the most exciting talents. He appeared ten times in the Brazilian Serie A for Palmeiras, contributing two goals and two assists for the team.
