Niger Delta Creek Men protest over oil pipeline surveillance contracts

 Award of a pipeline surveillance contract to Government Ekpemupolo, popularly called Tompolo has received applause by many in Nigeria's oil-rich Niger Delta.

But while others in the region are skeptical about the timing of what looks like a last ditch attempt by the Federal Government to halt the erosion of the nation's wealth, a group in the winding creeks of the mangrove forests of the Delta is calling for the inclusion of other stakeholders.
